Rambling Roses
My current on the hook project is a wedding gift for the daughter of one of my oldest friends. A Filet crochet table runner that is coming along much quicker then I thought it would.
At this point I am now 3/4 of the way done with the main part. There will be a nice edging to soften the edges when it is done.

Color Our World
It's that time of the year again. The kiddos school is getting ready for their annual Parent Club auction and once again The kindergarten class and I have worked to make a quilt with they're self-portraits. This is perhaps my most favorite project that I do all year and I look forward to it. I love seeing all of the kiddos little personalities as I am putting the quilt together and they work so hard to make their individual square fun and unique.
Notice my handy quilt holders :-)

On the Hook
Using the left over yarns from my previous afghan and some linen colored yarn I already had on hand I started this afghan for a cousin who is expecting her fifth child this summer. I am loving how it is turning out and visualize other color ways for this pattern as I work on this one.

Sewing Lessons
My daughter Sarah has been learning how to sew and today she completed her first big project, a bath robe. As soon as it was finished she put it on and hasn't taken it off since despite the fact that the woodstove has it piping hot in the house.

Easter Treat Bags
Another fun Easter project completed. This time the pattern came from Nana Company, one of my favorite blogs.
